These Terms of Service govern your use of the Luminos website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked on the website.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order.
Luminos bracelets use natural stones and handcrafted components. Color, pattern, clarity, texture, shape, and dimensions may vary slightly from photographs and between individual pieces. These natural variations are part of each product and are not defects.
For DIY and custom products, you are responsible for reviewing the selected stones, sequence, size, and other design details before placing the order. We make the bracelet according to the confirmed design, subject to minor adjustments reasonably required for construction, fit, safety, or material tolerances.
Prices are shown in the currency presented on the website and may change without notice. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges are shown or described separately where applicable. Products and materials are subject to availability.
Submitting an order does not require us to accept it. We may decline or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment providers made available at checkout. We do not directly store full payment card details.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, custom-order restrictions, resize service, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for activity performed through your account. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
The Luminos name, branding, website design, text, graphics, photographs, product designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Luminos and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.
The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and social platforms. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
We aim to keep product information and the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
