Find Your Perfect Fit
Method 1: Soft Tape
Wrap a soft tape measure snugly around your wrist. One wrap equals your wrist size. No extra allowance needed.
Method 2: String & Ruler
Wrap paper or string around wrist, mark the overlap, then measure with a ruler. No extra allowance needed.

Measure Your Wrist
Wrap a soft tape or strip of paper snugly around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. Mark where the ends meet.

Factor in Bead Size
Larger beads (10mm, 12mm) feel fuller on the wrist. If between sizes with larger beads, size up by 0.5 cm.

Choose Your Fit
Add 0.5-1 cm for snug fit, 1-1.5 cm for standard, or 1.5-2 cm for relaxed. When in doubt, size up.

Best Time to Measure
Measure at the end of the day when your wrist is at its largest. Avoid measuring after exercise or in cold conditions.

Caring for Your Bracelet

Cleansing & Charging
Rinse briefly under cool running water or pass through incense smoke to clear absorbed energy. Recharge under moonlight or on a quartz cluster. Avoid long direct sunlight — it can fade softer stones like amethyst and rose quartz.

Everyday Wear
Put your bracelet on last, after lotion, perfume and hairspray. Take it off before showering, swimming, sleeping or working out — this protects both the cord and the stones.

What to Avoid
Keep away from harsh chemicals, chlorine, salt water and extreme heat. A few stones such as turquoise, selenite and malachite are soft or water-sensitive and can dull over time.

Storage
Keep it flat in a soft pouch or lined box, away from harder jewellery that could scratch. Coiled rather than hanging helps the elastic cord keep its shape.
