All orders are handcrafted with intention. Standard orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, please allow up to 5 business days.

Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping within the United States takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout. All shipments include full tracking and signature confirmation.
3–7 Business Days · Free on orders $80+
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes levied by their country.
7–14 Business Days · Tracked & Insured
All Luminos packages are fully insured at declared value and require signature upon delivery. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your tracking has not updated within 48 business hours of dispatch, please contact us.

Are Luminos bracelets made to order?

Each bracelet is handcrafted with care after your order is placed. Standard pieces ship within 2–4 business days. DIY custom bracelets are assembled specifically to your design and ship within 3–5 business days.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom DIY bracelets are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return, please email us with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Are the gemstones natural and ethically sourced?

Yes. All Luminos stones are genuine, natural gemstones — never synthetic or dyed. We work exclusively with vetted suppliers committed to responsible sourcing.

How do I care for my bracelet?

Keep your bracelet away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercising. Store flat or in a soft pouch away from direct sunlight.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom packaging?

Every Luminos order arrives in our signature gift-ready packaging — a matte black box with gold foil embossing and a care card. If you would like to include a personalised message, leave a note at checkout.

How does the DIY Studio work?

Our Design Studio lets you build a completely custom bracelet from over 200 premium gemstone beads. Simply choose your stones, arrange them on the bracelet ring, and we will handcraft your exact design.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries worldwide. At checkout, simply enter your address and available shipping methods will be shown. Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees that may apply in their country.
