All Luminos bracelets are made to order and dispatched within 7 business days. International delivery typically takes a further 10 business days, so please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from order to arrival.

Keep your bracelet away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercising. Store flat or in a soft pouch away from direct sunlight.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.
Every Luminos order arrives in our signature gift-ready packaging — a matte black box with gold foil embossing and a care card. If you would like to include a personalised message, leave a note at checkout.
Our Design Studio lets you build a completely custom bracelet from a curated collection of natural gemstones. Simply choose your stones, arrange them on the bracelet ring, and we will handcraft your exact design.
